I hope you guys don’t mind that I promote a new fan site I just opened up for actor Jeremy Sumpter, Rachel’s co-star from Peter Pan. I have been a fan of Jeremy since Peter Pan and still am. Currently, they are not many sites on him  so please visit the link below, thanks!

Highway to Dhamphus has finally acquired its own imdb page here and thanks to Peter for informing us about Rachel’ past film ‘Hideaways’ “will be available in DVD (region 2 – Europe) next month (May, 2). It has a new name “The Last Son – La malédiction”. There’ll be a english track. Here’s the cover : http://www.wildside.fr/libreservice/home,92544,last-son-la-malediction-,2368.”

And last IndieWire mentioned Rachel as a good casting choice for a role in ‘The Mortal Instruments’ which you can read below.

Other possible choices that we would’ve liked to see include “Martha Marcy May Marlene” star (and one of our 2012 On The Rise picks) Julia Garner, “Peter Pan” and “Tomorrow When The War Began” star Rachel Hurd-Wood

Thanks to the very kind Sarika our gallery is now completely up to date. Unfortunately Sarika has decided to close her own Rachel site (rachelhurd-wood.org), but so that all of her images didn’t go to waste she kindly donated them to us. Check out the gallery to see them all!

Rachel has posted a cute picture of herself taking a nap between scenes while filming Highway to Dhampus this week. Thanks to Cecile for the reminder.

As you can see we also have a new layout up at the site, the coding still needs some tweaking and we are working hard to fix it as soon as possible but I hope you like the new look!

A big thanks to Peter for informing us about a new article on Rachel about her film ‘Highway to Dhampus’. The article also provides new images of Rachel with her fellow co-stars in the film. You can read the article here and view the images below.

In the movie, British actress, Rachel Hurd Wood will be taking the female lead role, with Suesha Rana, Desh Bhakt Khanal, and child artist Sayush Gurung. The British actress has bagged many of the movies in her carrier. We can see her as Wendy Darling in the movie Peter Pan, in Sherlock Holmes and the case of silk stocking, Perfume as to name few of the movies she has worked in.

Actress Rachel too is excited about her shooting in Dhampus, comments, “It was a great experience shooting in Dhampus.” She further says, “With this movie we can see a positive outlook towards the changes in Nepal.”
